WHAT PEOPLE SAY
Liz
Great professional service. I had a lot of pain in my jaw and neck from clenching my jaw and am currently recovering from a broken wrist and inflamed tendon. Jason did some cupping and acupuncture as well to relieve the tension and I have felt so much better since. Much more impactful than the massage alone. I have booked to go back. I would highly recommend
Billy
Jason has a history in personal training as well as a degree in Chinese medicine specialising in acupuncture meaning his knowledge is second to none. I received a great treatment and I can't recommend Meridian Movement enough. Go and get a treatment!
David
Got a 'chronic' pain in my foot for years, tried several other treatments but none worked. As soon as I tried acupuncture here, there have been immediate improvements and after a few sessions the pain is almost gone. 5 stars aren't enough.

Cupping Therapy
We use special cups on your skin for 15-20 minutes to create suction. It can help with pain, inflammation, and blood flow, and it can be an alternative to a deep-tissue massage.

Acupuncture
Acupuncture is a complementary medical practice that entails stimulating certain points along meridians on the body, most often with a very thin needle, to alleviate pain or to help treat various health conditions.

Mobilty Training
Mobility is a combination of strength and flexibility which determines a person's quality of movement. The ability to move unobstructedly and pain-free relies on the muscles being able to perform within their controlled (strength) range of motion (flexibility).
