Acupuncture is a complementary medical practice that entails stimulating certain points along meridians on the body, most often with a very thin needle, to alleviate pain or to help treat various health conditions.
Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. It can help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation also can be an alternative to a deep-tissue massage.
Mobility is a combination of strength and flexibility which determines a person's quality of movement. The ability to move unobstructedly and pain-free relies on the muscles being able to perform within their controlled (strength) range of motion (flexibility).
