Lower back pain (LBP) can be a debilitating condition. I remember as a child, my dad having to crawl around on the floor for weeks and was unable to bring home the proverbial bacon due to damaging his lower back. In addition, any slight problems that I have ever personally experienced with LBP have left me feeling vulnerable and weak.

In this case, individuals start feeling a shooting pain running down the back of the leg.
